As the owner’s rep overseeing the major development of a substantial residence in Elm Grove, I have gotten to know the people at
Regency quite well. From the demolition of the old, through the design and construction of the new, a project of this magnitude
takes on a life of its own, and has required tremendous communication and follow through with the builder. It has been a pleasure
working with the team at Regency. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail has kept this project on track. Change orders
have always been met with complete cooperation and there has never been a problem that wasn’t worked out to everyone’s satisfaction.
