What surprised you most about your building experience with Regency Builders?

1) The way the whole house blended together when we customized one of your current models to fit our needs. For example; we made a great room concept out of a family room, living room concept.

If you and I were putting an ad together for Regency, what would be our strongest attribute?

2) General efficiency of how fast your service is and general quickness in answers to any questions we had throughout the course of construction. Also your consistency, honor and integrity.

What do you think sets Regency apart from the competition?

3) In looking at your competitors they varied in quality from model to model. Also the overall quality of all your components put into the home are far superior to other builders. Some builders have nice quality cabinets but "cut-corners" on windows or other materials.

Also other builders didn't have any flexibility in their beliefs. When we wanted to look into a new product or a new idea Regency took the time to evaluate it and give us their opinions. Other contractors were totally inflexible. I bet there are not a lot of builders who can't say that they have built their homes for three different family members over a period of five years.
