"Regency Builders did an incredible job on our significant remodeling project of a residential home in Lake Country that was under a
very short timeframe. The project was significant enough to include taking the drywall down in almost every room, down to the studs,
moving walls, putting in bathrooms and redoing almost all the flooring in the home. In addition, the entire "style" and "décor" of the
home was radically changed. Regency's attention to detail, coupled with its creativity and the accountability it demanded from its contractors,
allowed us to bring this project in on time and on budget. We were stunned at the amount of leadership and precision that Regency brought
