Mike Bertram - CEO of Regency Builders, Inc.
Mike joined Regency Builders in June of 1978 as expediter and later partner/CEO. In addition to a degree in Real Estate from Waukesha County Technical College, Mike has many years of hands on experience.
Mike is responsible for managing our condominium, commercial projects and overseeing a staff of project managers and office staff.
Some of the projects in Regency's portfolio include, Oakwood, Pheasant Run, Humboldt Ridge and 3 phases of Fiddlers Creek condominiums, Village Walk retail buildings, office buildings at Regency Court and Quail Court, several apartment buildings.
Greg Maniaci - Vice President of Regency Builders, Inc.
As one of the principle partners in this family-owned and operated company, Greg oversees the residential construction process. He manages all the project managers and works with the office manager on all draws and payables. Greg started in the trades as a rough carpenter and has been with Regency since 1990.
Pat Hietpas - Estimator/Remodeling Specialist
Pat joined Regency Builders in 2006 as a project estimator. His primary objective is to assemble the winning team of subcontractors for each Regency project. His daily activities include preparing preliminary budgets, preparing customer contract proposals and analyzing and qualifying vendor/sub-contractor bids. Pat plays a key role in value engineering plans and negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers to provide maximum value for Regency's clients and assure that projects are coming in within each client's budget.
Pat has a diverse background of experience in the construction industry. He worked for his father's new home construction company in the Fox Valley throughout his high school and college years. He gained valuable field experience working as an assistant project manager in the commercial construction industry. Pat spent the previous four years before joining Regency as a purchasing agent/estimator for a high volume home builder in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Reid Brueser - Vice President of Sales Regency Builders, Inc.
Reid has been with Regency since 2005. Before being named V.P. of Sales, Reid worked in law enforcement for 22 years in Waukesha County and was an instructor for 15 years at WCTC and the Police Academy. Reid, Diane, his wife of 23 years, and their son are sports enthusiasts who also enjoy helping people in need. Reid strives to make sure his customers are getting the best care possible. He is passionate about his commitment to serve others and build long standing relationships along the way.

Office -
Karen Polzer - Administrative Assistant
Karen joined Regency Builders in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant. She assists with all aspects of the office including greeting of the customers, the processing of accounts payable and data entry. Karen provides support to our construction team by assisting with the preparation of bid presentations and change orders. Karen also creates a personal portfolio of unique pictures which Regency presents to each customer after they move in.
Prior to joining Regency Builders, Karen received her degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater and worked in the banking industry for 10 plus years.

Mary Valdes - Controller
Mary joined Regency Builders in November 2005 as the Controller. Prior to becoming a permanent Regency employee, Mary worked with Regency on a part-time basis reviewing quarterly financial information. Mary is responsible for creating procedure documents, reviewing the monthly financial information and creating financial statements for all the Regency corporations and partnerships, job analysis, and working with the external tax accountants in providing the information and understanding of the Company they order to complete the Company's tax returns. Mary is also responsible for Regency's insurance renewal and annual audit, annual 1099 and property tax return filings and any IT-related issues, benefits administration, and monthly review with Regency's rental property manager regarding tenant receivables.
Mary is a CPA with a double major in Accounting and Finance and is a member of both the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA) as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Prior to joining Regency, her past experience includes working in banking, insurance, brokerage and public accounting.
In order to keep current on accounting issues, Mary regularly attends seminars offered by the WICPA and the AICPA including construction industry-related conferences such as the National Construction Industry Conference offered by the AICPA.

Debbie Schuenke - Office Manager
Debbie has been at Regency Builders as the Office Manager since 1981. With almost 30 years experience in the administrative areas of construction she provides knowledge with construction draws, accounts payable & receivables along with the daily task of running the office for Regency Builders. Debbie also is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wisconsin and works with our Sales Team in providing sales support.

Kimberly Schreiber - Executive Administrator
Kimberly has been with Regency Builders as Administrative Assistant to all the principle owners since 1986.
Being with Regency for over 20 years on a full time basis overseeing most office procedures, has allowed her to take on many responsibilities; including but not limited to advertising & marketing, customer contact, computer and phone communication as well as holding a Real Estate license in the State of Wisconsin to help the sales team with sales support.

Pam Callies - Property Management Administrator
Pam has been a Property Management Administrator with Regency Builders since 1995.  Her daily responsibilities include the daily accounting for the Regency rental properties and assisting the property managers with any administrative duties such as rent collection, move-ins & move-outs, and lease administration.  She is responsible for multiple residential properties as well as several office buildings and retail properties.
  Pam also assists the project estimator in coordinating the release of plans to the subcontractors during the bid process and issuing contracts prior to construction.
Project Managers -
The day to day construction scheduling is the responsibility of the Project Manager. He keeps the job moving in an orderly and timely manner by coordinating the delivery of materials, the subcontractors timelines and inspections.

Chad Monty - Project Manager
Chad has been with Regency Builders Inc since 2003 and started in the construction field as a Union Carpenter in 1997. He wears many hats working for Regency. Along with his daily tasks at the job sites, building maintenance and customer service requests, Chad does the photography for the finished homes and is part of the web site committee. He has a Certified Construction Professional Certificate with the state.

Kevin McLaughlin - Project Manager
Kevin came on board with Regency Builders in January of 2004 as a Construction Project manager. He has been involved in construction from being a carpenter through Project Management for the past 27 years. Kevin's responsibilities include overseeing all phases of residential construction from the permit process to move in. Daily job site visits, quality control, and scheduling are a major portion of each day's activities. He is proficient at serving as liaison to clients, engineers, architects, and government officials. He also has good communication skills which help the projects move along productively for all parties involved. He is backed by strong proven history of on-time, on-budget and high-quality project completions which helps to enhance the team and success of the Regency family.
He continues to be up to date with the latest in the building and sciences of construction. Recently acquiring his CCP Certificate from the Metropolitan Builders Association. Along with advancing his education in the Green Building technologies he has a fascination for the renewable industry and is looking forward to future projects utilizing these technologies.
