I would like to personally welcome you to Regency Builders, a second generation, family-owned
company that has built its reputation on the philosophy that "If you can dream it, Regency
can build it". As a result, we have come to build some very extraordinary homes for some very
extraordinary customers. Each Regency home is as different as the personality it was designed for,
because we start with a blank sheet of paper and your dreams.
We know how to listen, allowing your ideas to take shape, form following function. We make it our
job to understand your expectations, and then exceed them. Our attention to detail surpasses that of
the most discriminating buyer. All Regency homes share one common thread...that of uncommon quality.
We take the time to get to know you personally, making your home building process an exciting experience,
and in the process, making friends as well. I invite you to take a look at our portfolio of homes and then
call me personally to discuss how Regency may be of service to you.

While we are proud of building magnificent homes, we are even prouder of being able to stage a fund raiser for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin,
ranked among the top three children's hospitals in the nation. Through the significant generosity of our clients, building partners and invited
guests, we were able to raise $250,000 towards the ongoing construction of the Children's Research Institute. This amazing facility is drawing
great physicians from all over the world to help find cures for children's diseases. We are so thankful for all they do for children and should
never take their renowned services for granted. The many miracles they perform cannot be realized without the support of the community and the
many caring people who come together to make it happen. Thanks to all our friends, guests and building partners for their collective generosity.
